1.    How many sport programmes do you offer, and what is the costs involved ?

Programmes are tailored to a specific team’s needs.  Thus the time, amount of days and coaches can vary.  We will discuss your team’s needs and forward a programme with a quotation.  We will develop a programme suited to your team’s needs as well as your budget.

2.    Team or individual camps?

Generally teams apply to join our camps.  We do offer Individual Players Camps as well, especially during the summer.  We “fill” a team 1-23 in the correct position and then run the camp.  If you are interested email us and we can provide you with more details.

3.    Age groups?

We cater for 2 – 5.5 years with an international programme called Rugbytots.

Age groups – 7 year old players to Adult teams can join us on our camps.

4.    Payment Policy

A 50% deposit on booking confirmation and the balance to be paid seven days before the camp’s commencement date.

5.   How do I get confirmation/registration packet?

Confirmation will be sent by email and the registration pack will be given at the start of the camp.

6.  What happens if Rugby Camp organisers cancels my camp?

In the unlikely event that Rugby Camp(RC) cancel your camp/session you will get a refund for the camp tuition fees.  Alternatively the dates can be reschedule with no additional payments.   RC is not responsible for personal travel or other expenses associated with attending the camp.  RC waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said camp tuition fees.

What happens if my team cancels our camp?

Cancellation of Bookings before arrival: When cancellations are arranged at least fourteen days prior to the camp commencement date, you will be refunded in full. 

For cancellations received within 7-13 days of camp commencement 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations of less than 7 days no refund is given.

Cancellation After Arrival: Once a student has commenced their  camp  they are obliged to complete their full programme. No refund will be given for camp fees if a participant withdraws from the camp before the completion of the camp. However we will provide a  “Camp Voucher” to any person that needs to cancel their participation.  This voucher will be  transferable to any other player or coach.

7.    Discipline

If a students’ behaviour or conduct is unsatisfactory, they will be subject to the Camp’s disciplinary procedures. A serious breech of conduct may result in expulsion. In the event of an expulsion, fees are not refunded.

8.     What should you bring to the camp?

Sufficient rugby training gear, mouth guard, water bottle,  boots and running shoes, towels, personal items , swim suit, sun block.  Remember a warm player is a happy player!

9.    Forms

Participation conduct, Consent/medical info, assumption of risk, waiver and release form. I will forward these forms to you when you book.

10.  What happens if I get injured?

Although it is very unlikely for participants to get injured, in the event of an injury next of kin will be notified immediately and appropriate medical arrangements will be made. Participants  must however arrange appropriate medical & dental, travel and personal insurance. Participants are not insured by rugbycamps.ie against accidents, illness, theft or loss of personal effects, and the rugbycamps.ie accepts no responsibility in the event of such occurrences.

11.  Legal notice.

Rugbycamps.ie gives notice that for any arrangements for transport, activities or for accommodation that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the programmes, or otherwise in connection therewith or of any family member. No responsibility is accepted for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in air, sea, rail, bus or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine, strikes or other liability.
